Complicated Configs

These are the New Systems that are COMPLICATED but hopefully you understand, This is OVERKILL and i dont think its an Important feature but here it is!

This plugin now supports splitting placeholders, combining placeholders, priority-based outputs, chance-based outputs, advanced string comparisons, math operations, and more!

These May have bugs, if you encounter any PLEASE REPORT IT.
